Terrible people, they lie to get a contract with you

I got a quote from Krystal at Top Knotch for $695 for 1 and told her I needed 2 cars moved. She said it would be cheaper with 2 but she said 2 shippers had it listed on the board for 2000 and 2800 and said it was way too high and to call them and tell them to remove the listing because it was illegal since I had no contract with them. Krystal said not to tell them she told me to call. Kyrstal said she can get them shipped for 1700 so I went with her signed a contract and let her find a driver, well she called and said nobody will pick it up for 1700 and she fould a driver for 2400 which is more than 2000 right? I said no and told her I need them out because the storage fees were going to start. She called back the next day and said she found one for 2350 on a friday and said they could pick it up on Saturday, I told her the auction was closed but I will call to see if anyone would be there. The auction said they can leave it ouside the gates with the keys in them if they pick them up the next day they would be safe. Well here comes the next lie, she said she sent a driver to get them but he broke down and could not get them. They sat there the whole weekend, I text and called her 10 times and no answer, the last text I sent was telling her I needed to cancel our contract, she called 5 seconds after my text and said I can't because I was locked in for 10 days. I reminded her that she told me if they did not pick them up on Saturday that she would give me back my deposit, she said after 10 days I could. I called the auction and told them how I was screwed and I am going to fly up and get them myself! I waited the 10 days and clled back and told Krystal now give me back my deposit she said no because I double booked (another lie) I said let me speak to the owner she said hold on, 34 minutes later no pick up so I hung up. I called the number she gave me to wire the deposit to and she answered the phone told me to hold on, guess what 28 minutes passed she picked up and hung up. She cannot deny any of this, maybe she does not understand english, she is cuban or mexican. DO NOT USE THESE LYING PEOPLE! I have asked her to show me where I double booked, she cannot produce anything because I did not double book! She said this lie so she don't have to give me my money back! Do not use these people unless you pay for the service after services rendered!
