Julie I am sorry you had a bad experience. As brokers, we can only control so much. Unfortunately the carrier had problems that nobody could control. All of this was explained to you and that is why we only give estimated dates when customer ask if the dates are guaranteed. Again I am sorry for the carriers mishaps, but that is what they were, mishaps. Take care. Top Notch Auto Transport
