Durga, I am sorry you feel we weren't able to meet the original quote. But this is what they are, quotes. We don't know for sure until a driver is deciding to agree to the shipment if that price is going to be the amount he/she requires. They can change their rates at any time without notice to anyone. If prices were exact, every quote would be identical and they wouldn't be quotes, they would be exact prices. All we can do is our best to predict the carriers price based off other like vehicles for any particular route at the time we respond to a customer quote request. It is never our intention to have a vehicle accepted at a higher price, but it does happen and you have the right to say no and we can continue to find someone at a lower price.
