Nikki was great! After the first trucker failed to pick up on time Nikki followed up and coordinated with Luxury Logistics to get the job done. Luxury worked with the shipper for a convenient time to pick up and delivered at a time that accommodated our tight time line. I'll definitely recommend Nikki. She knows what she is doing and tries hard to accommodate her customers wishes.
