I requested a quote from Top Notch late on Christmas Eve, expecting a response the day after Christmas. Instead my Christmas morning gift was a quote for $325 less than others I had gotten.
I authorized the transport on Friday and a carrier was found on Monday.
I was told pickup would also be on Monday. In reality, pickup was on Wednesday morning, and delivery was the following Thursday. The carrier was Colville Trucking.
One really nifty thing - when the carrier wanted another $25, Top Notch paid it out of their commission rather than increasing my price - I really appreciated their willingness to "go the extra mile"
