I was highly skeptical going in, but was very pleasantly surprised with the result. Top Notch did a great job, on a somewhat challenging car move (large size car; non-so common route, limitations on delivery date). Final price came in exactly as quoted. (Price quote was one of the cheapest, though not the absolute cheapest). Car arrived in fine shape, no damages, in 4 days from pickup. Becky and Danielle were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company.

The move involved an Infiniti FX45, a crossover/near-SUV sized vehicle, in excellent condition, which was moving from the NYC-area to Denver. I was giving the car to my son who was moving to Denver He was arriving around mid-day on December 9. Ideally, the car needed to arrive in Denver as shortly after his arrival as possible (to minimize his car rental costs), but couldn't get there BEFORE him, as there would be no one to receive it. This made timing a bit tricky. ALthough the car was available for pick-up on Dec 1, no drivers wanted to pick it up until closer to the required delivery date.

I got about 8 quotes prior to stumbling on the Transport Reviews, and another 15 quotes from the TR website. The prices ranged all over the map, from $700-$1300 - as best as I could tell, all for the identical service. I had conversations with about 10 companies; Top Notch was one of 4 which quoted in $700-$750 area. I was extremely nervous of a "bait and switch" from the companies at the lower pirce quotes, but decided to take the chance on Top Notch because of the excellent reviews on this website, and the professionalism and helpfulness of Becky & Danielle over the phone.

They got the job done. No problems with the driver. Driver picked up on Dec 7 and delivered the car to my son on the 11th (less than 2 days after he landed in Denver). Instead of a bait-and-switch, Top Notch gave up $50 of their fee to the driver to get the deal done. The total cost to me was exactly as quoted ($725). Either Becky or Danielle was always available to take my calls (even on the weekend). I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Be sure to ask for any discount that they offer - my son qualified for the student discount which knocked $50 off their original price quote.
