I must say I am not a very trusting person and as a whole think customer service in all business these days is very poor. I can confirm that Top Rank Auto Transport does not fall in that category. Absolutely wonderful customer service and an extremely satifying experience for me, especially considering I had never had a motorcycle or any type of vehicle shipped before. Todd explained the entire process very clearly to me on the telephone and made himself available for any further questions I might have. He also "listened" to my concerns and needs and that was important to me. The driver contacted the gentlemen selling me the motorcycle well in advance and was prompt in his arrival at the agreed on time. Loaded in a nice enclosed trailer being towed by a late model 1 ton pickup. The bike arrived in perfect shape and the driver was very cordial and extremely careful in the unloading process. Pick up was on a Tuesday morning near Cleveland, OH and delivery was made Thursday near Houston, TX. This all took place very quick, from the time I paid the deposit, to the day I received the motorcycle was 8 days. The whole process went just as Todd @ Top Rank explained it. These folks know the business and take care of their business. Thanks again to Todd and Top Rank Auto Transport for making this a very pleasant experience for me. It could not have went any better.
