Although the pickup was prompt and the crew of two seemed to know what they were doing things fell apart after that.
It was impossible to get anyone to answer at Total Car Shipping - I waited on hold for over 20 minutes twice and still no one picked up.
At the destination the driver demanded cash which was the first I heard of this. And of course this was on Veterans Day when the banks were closed.
After he pushed the car off on us we found there were grease smudges on the steering wheel and the door handle. Later found there were very light but visible scratches on the hood as if someone had tried to clean the surface with a dry rag.
The actual carrier was Auto Trans Group but TCS selected them and was the responsible party. Both companies get a failing grade.
