I am an exec. going from NY to FL. I emailed them 1 month ahead with dates (2 day window)
They said no problem and quoted me $750.

Not only could they not get the price they quoted but they also could not get the car picked up during the 2 day window.

Finally, after offering 2 days I could not do it (at higher prices) they starting yelling at me that they don't make enough money to work on my car anymore (Seems like they did no work anyway) and I should either have it picked up some other day or they were just taking my deposit. Rena (my rep) kept telling me how little money she made and how she worked on my car for $10 an hour or something. *I really don't care what she makes. Just get the car picked up for at or near the price you quoted. She couldn't do either (or get me the days I requested 6 weeks ahead of time)

I would NEVER use them! Trust me. I don't go to web sites and write reviews.

This is my first bad review in over 3 years of being a broker and its very disheartening to read this review knowing how much time I worked on your order and for free. Our Systems keep records of all orders and the record shows I had your order a little over a week not 6 weeks like you claimed. I told you I need to cancel your order so you could find another company because I couldn't find you a driver at your price and time restraint. Sir we only make money if your car moves so after working for 6 hours for "free" I called you to cancellel your order. There were more than 380 people offering more money than you to get their cars moved on your route. I could not convince a driver to take your car for $200 less than everyone else is offering. Also, customers paying more than you were more flexible with their dates than you. This made it even more difficult to successfully move your car. Even with that said I still found you a driver and not just one several but you turned down all of them because you were not willing to change your date even one day. In fact you did not give me a two day window because you said you needed the 2 car seats in the car to go to the airport and so Saturday was the only option. I am sorry but we had no drivers for Saturday. I can't make a driver take your car which was in a bad location, offering very little money with a one day window. You were charged a deposit because we dispatched your order and you cancelled on that driver. This is the driver you later asked if I could get back (which was on a Friday) If you reading this review please know I did try to help this customer and read all the other reviews on transportreviews.com of more than 3 years of satisfied customers.
