JC helped me find a carrier and he was awesome, he was never too pushy or overbearing and he was very honest. He was also very personable and straight to the point. Also I'm not always able to answer my phone at work so the fact that he would communicate by email made my experience even better. My car was picked up on 1/12/2012 (but they weren't scheduled to leave until 1/15 - which wasn't a problem for me) and scheduled to be delivered on 1/18. The drivers name was Jim, he was wonderful. He kept me informed about the delivery time and he and his partner were even able to deliver my car a day early in the AM on the 17th, which was perfect. So from the Northwest tip of Missouri to the Southeast corner of Georgia they made great time. Jim also made sure I had all the legal paperwork I needed for my car and that it was good to take back on the road. My car arrived in perfect condition, I have no complaints.
