My experience with JC and his driver for my auto transfer was very professionally handled and thoroughly complete. From the pick up to the destination I never felt uneasy. As soon as JC located and confirmed the driver, he notified me and let me know the car would be picked up the next day. The carrier called to confirm with me and I felt extremely comfortable in the knowledge that either contact could be used if need be.

The vehicle reached the destination within four days. I couldn't have been more thrilled to see that car being driven off the transporter! The car arrived safe and sound.

JC worked with me in quoting me a tremendous price to ship my car, and beat all of the competition in their pricing. During the Easter Rush Crunch, to get 3000 vehicles to move from Florida, he still kept his word and never changed the quote from the original amount. Many of the auto transport carriers were trying to get top dollar to move the vehicles- BUT- not JC, he was professional throughout the entire sequence and remained firm in his quoted price.

The carrier was a tiny woman named Dorothy, she was extremely knowledgeable geographically, and presented the car to the destination perfectly within the time limit she quoted.

I was extremely satisfied in my experience with JC and with Dorothy. Both are friendly, courteous and business appropriate people. Keep up the good work and I will recommend your services to Everyone I know! ~ See you on the next trip~!
