This was our first experience at transporting our vehicle. We were a bit apprehensive because we would be in Mexico when the car was to be picked up and then would "meet" it in Florida. Cheri O'Brien was very good at putting those fears to rest. Although the car was picked up later than her estimate, it did arrive in Florida on time. As our time in Mexico was winding down, Cheri kept us informed each day via Skype. Even a credit card glitch (our card company knew we were out of the states and correctly wouldn't accept the charge), Cheri was on it, calling the card company and setting up a 3 way conversation that got the charge accepted. Very good job start to finish. Should transporting be in our future again, we would have no qualms about using Total Car Transport, especially if we could deal with Cheri!!
