Let me tell you, I was very skeptical with this whole process, because once you put your information out there that you are interested in shipping your vehicle, you get bombarded with every company in the world trying to earn your business. Many would low ball and require deposits up front. Many would try high pressure tactics and be quick to bad mouth other companies. Laki, was straight forward from the very beginning, even telling me to check out the competition and what to look out for. Originally, he wasn't the lowest price, and I understand why now after going through this process. Many will low ball you a quote and try to get you to commit, but knew that they wouldn't be able to get a driver to accept that price.
Long story short, after checking the competition, I choose Laki, because of his straight forward honest answers. He delivered on every promise. I am an actual customer who were like you looking for a company to trust. I relocated my entire family from California to North Carolina, and the stress level was out the roof. Laki, reassured me throughout the whole process. Paul, my truck driver was there on time, friendly and provided me his cell phone so that I check with him anytime that I liked. My vehicle was picked up on a Thursday and delivered the next Wednesday, 3000 miles away. Use this company, use Laki! I hope to never have to do this again, but if I do, you better believe I'm going with Total Car Shipping.
