On the whole I was very pleased with the experience. I was in a tough spot and Ernie tried to help me as much as he could. He was very polite and helpful. I know my situation was a tough one but I needed to have answers and the lack of communication at times was stressful. If I can make a suggestion that even if there isn't an answer it would be helpful if someone could call the customer to keep them constantly in the loop. I had to keep calling to see what the status was on getting our car home but the car made it home safely. We were very pleased with the driver also. We would definitely use this transport company again.
