I had a good conversation with Laki, but more importantly they contracted with a great driver who kept me informed about my car's where abouts. He wasn't able to deliver to the address I requested and instead he picked a place about 30 mins away, with the caveat, he would pay for the cab ride over. I thought that was a great compromise and true to his word, he did. Definitely would use the carrier company again.
