This was a first experience in having a vehicle shipped. I was very apprehensive and considered driving the car to it's final destination. Fortunately that option was eliminated because the car did develope a problem that would have been disastrous on the highway. Also, I was working within a very limited time frame. Having no familiarity with Total Car Shipping,LLC, I had to make a decision. Total made it easier in providing necessary information via e-mail and telephone. To my relief, they picked up the vehicle on time, as promised, delivered it in good condition, earlier than promised and maintained contact with the parties involved throughout the entire process.
