We placed our order for pickup on 4/9/2008. Delivery was made on 4/15/2008. Tanya took care of all our question even though we called several times to double check information. I also looked at the BBB's website to verify the companies standing. I was please to see that they recieved a B from the BBB. I informed my boss of the rating and advised him to use Total Car Shippng. We did have a tiny bit of trouble communicating with the drive but once we made first contact they were more than helpful with the delivery even though we got the cashier check writen out to the wrong person. He was very patient while we correted the mistack. I would trust my vehicle with Total Car the next time I need to ship.
