Bad experience but after posting review i finally got my money back...

Les was very nice at first, unfortunately he did not report the correct information to the transporter and therefore my vehicle was refused transport. This company is quick to charge a broker fee and even quicker to not answer the phone because they in rightfully charged me 150$ for nothing. No transport, no service, no secondary transport or offers to still deliver my vehicle, just took my money and refused to deal with me after that... Poor business!!! All I wanted is my 150$ back for them doing nothing, I guess ripping people off and taking their money is how this business stays in business

Even though Total Car originally denied my credit card claim of having these charges reversed, after posting this review Jason from total car shipping contacted me and let me know that he would refund my money and did, and wasnt sure why this wasnt taken care of like it should have been.

I am sorry you feel this way. But if the customer does not give all the information or the correct information I can not do my job correctly. I am sorry about the delay in your refund, but the contracts have to be thoroughly considered before anything is done.
