Marc, my broker was extremely professional from beginning to end. He was upfront in pricing and delivery costs, so there were no surprises! The transport company, CP Auto Transport, kept in constant touch along the route, and although my car arrived 3 days earlier than expected, it was OK to make the necessary adjustment. The dispatcher and drivers were also pleasant, patient and courteous. Happily, my experience using Total Car Shipping was pleasant and we will call Marc again if ever we need to. I enjoyed doing business with him. Thanks Marc, you represent your company well!
