I requested quotes from transport companies online to ship a vehicle from NJ to OH and Marc from Total Car Shipping was the first to contact me. He told me up front that I would be receiving multiple quotes in the following few days from various companies and while his company may not be the cheapest, he urged me to check out their reviews on this website. Well, he was absolutely correct. I had many offers to transport my vehicle and some were cheaper, however my main concern was being kept in the loop and up to date with the shipment. After reading the reviews concerning Marc and Total Car Shipping, I decided to pay a few extra dollars and contract with them.
I was extremely pleased from start to finish. Marc handled all the details, gave me the option of delivery dates and made sure I was aware of everything each and every step of the way. The driver was very courteous and arrived EXACTLY when he said he would! I have nothing but good things to say about Marc and Total Car Shipping and would recommend them to anyone needing to ship a vehicle.
