I contacted Marie Abrahams at Total Car Shipping to arrange transport of my vehicle from MD to CA. Marie was friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to understand and assess my needs, calling me back on a consistent basis. Total Car Shipping quoted me the lowest price of many of the company's I surveyed. Unfortunately, her driver broke down and was unable to pick up my vehicle due to a tight time frame regarding my flight out of Baltimore. Maries worked with me to provide alternatives, but it just didn't work out.
What was most impressive though was her honesty. She arranged for a return of my deposit - promptly. I didn't have to beg for it, or pester them. Within days it was returned to my bank account. As a business owner myself, an honest business is what is most impressive to me. While I am sorry it didn't work out, I would definitely consider using Total Car Shipping in the future, if the need arises, or refer them to friends. Marie was the BEST!
