I called Marie at Total Car Shipping after being very disappointed with two other carriers via phone contact. The first company doubled the price after the initial quote and could not promise delivery in the same week. The second company wanted a deposit before confirming a driver and had terrible reviews and did not call me back as promised. Marie was exceptionally professional, she took her time to answer my questions. Most importantly, her prompt calls back and following up was what made me go with Total Car Shipping. The initial e-mail she sent me had the quote and this website on it so I can immediately check the ratings. The driver was in contact with me the day of pick up and the day of delivery- he was very polite and honest. There were no surprises with the fees and my truck was delivered to my door intact and no damage. I would recommend Total Car Shipping and would use them again.
