My main contact which was james at the fort lauderdale at Ext 834 site was a pleasure he helped me 100%. I would definitely do business with him again. Now the experience I had with the company that had to pick up my car was not good. They were suppose to pick up my car monday morning and I had to call monday afternoon to see what was going on,especially I had someone at my cousin house waiting for the car to be picked up. Yamilla from the dispatch company told me the driver had a problem and he was not going to make it, well my problem there was if anybody was going to call me to tell me this,she said she would call me back. Well later that evening I still had to call because no one ever called me back,now the story was that they had to assign another driver and he would not be able to pick up my car until the next day. So now its an inconvenience because I had a job interview that I had to cancel because I didn't have a car. Well the driver that bought my car said he was upset because they gave him the wrong pick up and drop off address and he wanted me to pay him extra because of that. I informed him he had to take that up with his employer because that was there mistake. So needles to say no I really don't ever want to use that company again because it was a lack of poor communication. But I still compliment James as to how how handled the situation.
