05/31/2016 - Anne Cooper for lack of a better word was...AWESOME!. She always answered my calls and responded to emails promptly. The transport from Total Car Shipping was effortless from NC to CA. My car even arrived early. The only hick up came from Matson's side. They did not transfer all of the individuals names eligible to take control of the car once it was shipped to Hilo HI. Anne and her staff came to the rescue late on a Friday afternoon to track down the Matson shipyard manager to make sure he had the information so a friend could pick up the vehicle. Again, I would like to point out this was not Anne's or TCS mistake, but Matson's. I'm happy to report my friend is on the was to pick up the vehicle in Hilo today. Thank you again Anne. If I could give you 10 stars I would.
