On my brokers part everything went very well, he was always able to reach me when I had questions, and he really cared about the interest of my car, and knew what he was doing. However the shipping company was not to great. Their communication with me was sub par, I would never be able to reach the drivers and they would only leave voicemails every so often. The car was supposed to be delivered on a Monday but was delayed until Wednesday night. I question why Total Car Shipping chose this company, after doing some research the company they chose had an average one star review. Other than that big problem, everything else ran smoothly.
