CALLED ON FRIDAY AND CAR PICKED UP NEXT DAY. DELIVERED ON MONDAY. PRIOR TO HIRING TOTAL, HAD CONTACT WITH ANOTHER CARRIER AND HAD WAITED OVER A WEEK AND STILL NO PICKUP DATE. GOT DISCUSSED AND CALLED TOTAL ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON. BY 8 THAT NIGHT HAD A PICKUP TIME.WOULD DEFINATELY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN..
