The contact person (George) and the driver (Robert) were curtious and thorough, from the beginning. And the transport cost was in line with other companies.
However, the vehicle and trailer were not what was agreed upon when setting up the move for my motorcycle. I was told that ALL motorcycles were transported on a motorcycle pallet, and it would be hauled in a enclosed trailer.
The tow vehicle was a (rough) mid 1980's pick-up, and a open flatbed trailer with a motorcycle wheel chock.
My (showroom quality) bike did make it to it's destination in good condition,(except very dirty) due to the rain and road grime.
If using this transport company, make sure you get what has been agreed upon.
