POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/CANCELLED SERVICE

Booked a pickup with them almost 3weeks in advance, they assured me they always have trucks going to Washington so it would be no problem getting my truck to its destination from Texas. Scheduled pick up dates were 21&22May09. I called them days ahead to make sure they would be able to find a company because I had not heard from them. They told me they'd call me on the 18th or 19th of May because they should have more information, never heard from them until I called. Everytime I called, they'd ask my name when I wanted to talk to Luis and once i was on hold for 11min, hung up, called again, 7min..until finally enough was enough. One time I called Luis was suppose to call me right back because I was on the road traveling to Texas and he left for the day..never called. My husband is out to sea, and you know he was pretty upset with this entire ordeal if he called from the ship to get answers. This company has poor customer service and I will never deal with them again, they barely returned calls and acted like they didnt care if my truck was picked up or not. I went with another transporting company the same day i cancelled with Auto Transports..and guess what? They got my truck picked up asap! Wow,....amazing what people who REALLY want to work and want business can do.
