I was very impressed with there customer service and the interaction I could have with the driver. An overall good experience. I would use this company again, there was no flim flaming or unexpected charges. They did what they said they would do and in a prompt and satisfactory time.
From my first contact with my representative, Nilda, to when I started communicating with my driver which was only a matter of a few days , everythingwent smoothly. Overall, from 1st contact to delivery of the car was less than a week total. I don't think you could get much better service than that.
I will gladly reccoment them to any of my friends or neighbors interested in transporting a car an distance. It is a much easier experience than I would have thought since it was my first time to do this, but I know sometime in the next year of two I will need to send another car down and will definitely want to call them again.
