When I called Total Car shipping my day was not going well. My son, grandson and I were only 40min into our 17 hour ride back to Texas from Orlando when car trouble turned into a transmission nightmare. I spoke to Robert from Total Car Shipping and he was not only Professional, he made sure that my nightmare was taken care of with ease. He went out of his way to make sure that he was there to help me get my vehichle back to Texas. His quote , pick up time, and delivery time were as he said. He made sure I had a contact number in case I had any questions also. My car was deliverd safely. I would use Total Car shipping again and would also tell family and friends! Thank You
