This transport of my Saturn was flawless and easy. The driver Rob was prompt and always available by cell phone. The price changed considerably from June 09 to Nov 09. It was explained as the busy season with the Northern "snow birds" sending their cars down south. The car arrived undamaged and with no missing items we had stowed in the trunk. The timeline was perfect for my schedule here in NY and for my daughter in FL. My contact person was Nilda Quiles who performed her job pleasantly and efficiently. She was patient and polite always. I would not hesitate to use Total Car Shipping again should the need arise.
