To start out they never called us with a update on the status of the account. I would like to start with them telling us that they would call us with in two weeks. No phone call then once we where in philly they said the would call us back to give us the drivers number Nothing. Lewis the person I was working with he was never in the office. He didnt even return the phone call. The lady that keep answering the phone was really rude and aggressive. Even when we were trying to cancel the services it was weird. I called talked to stan and he told me a driver was never assigned to my car and the contract was cancelled but they still took the money off my card. Now I am trying to get my money back. Dont go with this company its terrible. Please dont even get envolved with them.
