We were delighted to discover your outstanding employee, Maria Trujillo and your exceptional company.
This past Christmas day, 2009, we learned that we had to arrange shipping of our daughter's Jeep from Dallas, TX to our home in San Diego, CA. To complicate matters, the arrangements HAD to be made with almost no advance notice as we were leaving San Diego at 8am on Dec 26, 20009 and our daughter was flying out of Dallas, TX the same day at 3pm.
Maria was in constant contact with us as she arranged for an immediate pick up of the vehicle that would accommodate all of us. She was professional, calm, helpful, caring, thorough and certainly went above and beyond for us. We simply could not have asked for better service and have RARELY experienced such outstanding attention to our needs anywhere!
Your driver was also a true professional and more than willing to work with our unusual set of circumstances, as we were not home when the vehicle arrived a few days later.
