I made arrangements to have the car picked up over 2 weeks earlier. When I flew out to meet the truck and load the car, I was told that the truck was not going to be there. When I contacted the dispatcher, I was told that they were just given the order that day. I wasted a flight and a hotel stay and had to work on faith that the car would be loaded with out my presence.
I would not recommend this company nor would I use them in the future.
