I researched several other transport companies and had a wide variety of prices quoted. All had some hidden fees or so many extra insurance costs. The $600 price quoted was at the high end of the other quotes but it included all insurance costs and fees. After speaking with Daniel at Total Car Shipping I felt that he was upfront and honest with all details. He explained completely how and when my credit card would be charged and that everything was covered including all insurance, taxes and fees. Within a few hours of committing to transport my car, which I was able to do online, Daniel had a company secured to pick up and deliver. Dates were provided and the car was picked up on time. The car was to be delivered in three days and actually came in one day after being picked up. The car was in perfect condition as it had left. Daniel kept in phone and email contact with me throughout the process and allowed me to call him at any time if a question arose.
This was my first experience for transporting a vehicle and I was very apprehensive at the start. Everything worked so well and so smoothly. I would recommend this company and working with Daniel.
