I received prompt response on an initial request. I was provided with clear instruction on coordinating the actual transport as well as insurance/coverage to the vehicle as it was transported. I was provided with frequent status updates where the vehicle was located and an estimated time of arrival.
The trucker who actually delivered the vehicle went above board to provide status updates throughout the day of delivery to provide a specific time of arrival with adjustments as they occurred.
He was extremely pleasant and accommodating making sure the vehicle was in proper order and that the vehicle was parked safely in the drive. He provided best in class customer service.
I would highly recommend using this transport company.
