This company was amazing, on time, and friendly. I had previously went with another transport company and they sent 2 drivers out that could not pick up my inoperable vehcile. I could never get them on the phone and their service was terrible. In contrast, I had no problems getting ahold of John or the dispatcher at Total Car Shipping when I had a question regarding my transport. In transit the driver had 4 flat tires and my car was not delivered by the promised date. However, this was NOT an issue for me as everyone was friendly and the driver was very nice upon pickup and delivery. I will use Total Car Shipping again for all of my shipping needs.
