Trans Auto Transport is a company of its word. They truly provided me with excellent customer service and was very clear cut about everything, no hidden details. I got the run around from other companies but when I spoke to ALAN who is part owner of this company, he took care of me. I couldn't believe the owner was so vested in the business. That is how you know the company is legit. He actually ran me through solving my other problems that I was having with the other companies and that is not part of his job description but he took the time to sit and run me through how to deal with it; every step of the way. I called Alan out of desperation to transport my car at such short notice. He said give me 10 mins- - and within 5 mins he called me with a truck ready that no other company was able to provide and for a reasonable price considering my last minute needs. I highly recommend this company. Both the associate Michael and Alan(owner) were very knowledgeable about the business and were fantastic to work with.
