It was the first time I was shipping my car, after getting 100s of emails from different companies,I didn't know which company to go with, I finally selected this company because after talking to Alan I developed trust in this company immidiately.He explained every thing in details and also the price as compared to other companies was reasonable.
I got the truck ealier then I expected , and though the truck got delayed by a day (then the agreed upon date), this was due to some mechanical issue in the truck, however the lady who was co-ordinating the shipping was excellent and so was the driver.I was getting status updates of the truck regularly.
The whole experience was very smooth and I will recommend this company to anyone. We should keep in mind that with the road transport there could be multiple issues , so we should be prepared for delay (should there be any at all!)
