I had Phil as my broker and he was great! Very honest, prompt, and really seemed to care about my concerns. The car I was shipping was in VA and I live in CA. BF and I flew back for less than 48 hours to make certain that the car got up on a truck headed towards CA. Phil was understanding and made sure we would be able to have the car shipped in our very tight window.
I'd recommend him again to friends and family, however, if PK Line is your carrier, please ask for another, even if that means paying an extra 50-100 bucks.
