This customer placed and order with us. We told her we would try to find her a carrier but the route was a tough route. That day she spoke with our dispatcher and asked him that they needed to remove the cars from the home, our dispatcher suggested that they can use a storage facility. She agreed and she handed the cars over to the storage company and she agreed to pay the storage. When we found a truck for her she got upset when her storage fees where high and she automatically said that we needed to pay the storage fees. The customer called back and asked us to cancel the contract and we did. We never dispatched this order and the customer was fully refunded per their request.
