A month or so ago I put out an internet "feeler" to move our Ford Explorer from California to Florida. Last count I had 28 companies offer their services. The 7th offer was from Trans Auto Transport. I received a phone message from Desiree followed up by an email. Although your offer was not the least expensive the very tone from Desiree's message was so personal, polite, relaxed (no pressure) and professional I was immediately drawn to your company. I reviewed several, some cost more some less and narrowed it down to 5. When I talked to Desiree on the phone it was a done deal. I had several questions she could not answer because she was very new with the company. What I found most impressive was her confidence in saying "I don't know, Mr. Smith, but I will find out for you. My questions were all answered within the hour!
The move had a few twist and turns and even a couple that made me nervous but all were immediately resolved and I'll say again politely and professionally either by Desiree or her supervisor, Alan. I hope I never have to move another vehicle but if I do rest assured it will be Desiree that I call for help and certainly if ever asked by friends I'll forward her name and number. Thanks to all of you and especially Desiree for such fine, smooth service.
