I used Ship a Car Direct which dispatched me to this autotransport service. The people in the office were very nice, however, I could not communicate with the drive. I was promised my car would get picked up outside work hours, and when the driver contact my friend who is releasing the car for me, he was told a completely different time frame that he could not do since he works a full time job. When I went to talk to the driver, he could not understand me at all. I was very patient (I teach ESL), and the driver just was not understanding me. I called transauto's office and the person I spoke to was very nice, and said I could have a different friend release my car from the location that was convenient to her work. The location is a commuter lot right off the highway, and I texted the location to the driver. I kept on getting a response of a parking lot HE picked that was 30 minutes away from the location transauto told me they can pick up from. Great customer service from the office, but I am BEYOND frustrated and I would NEVER use this service again.
