Herman, this is James Taylor, the general manager. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our company. That said, we disagree with your description of the events that took place. After reviewing the call recordings between you and our salesperson, it was clear that your claims are not supported by evidence. In fact, our rep stayed calm and tried to work with you despite your aggressive attitude and language. At no point was he unprofessional. We cancelled your order as soon as you requested it, at no penalty to you. I hope you have a better experience with whoever you choose. Best wishes.
