I made a reservation for my car to be picked up the 26th, I called Edward Price, Thursday to see if he knew approximately what time on Friday would my car be picked upI was told that a driver wasn’t assigned yet to give him a couple of hours and he would get back to me, he never contacted me I called on Friday and got the same information and he never returned my call I called Saturday and was promised that he would get back to me before 2 pm and he never called me back I had to get another carrier on short notice to move my car because I was moving out of stateI find it really strange that all calls a forwarded to Edward Price, whom ever is in charge of this company should hire more people instead of just having a lazy employee I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company nor will I EVER TRY this company
