I was quoted $850 with a "fixed price guarantee" for a shipment that could take place anytime in the next month, Nearing the end of the month and after querying them several times they said the cost would be $1850 because the destination wasn't on a popular route. I then changed the destination to a major city in Michigan (Pontiac) and that only lowered the price to around $1300. I was told they would contact me or the person I bought the car from a few days in advance with a date and approximate time for pickup but the driver called about 30 minutes before arriving. During the several days enroute there were no updates of the progress and despite promises to provide a day's advance notice of the arrival, they called less than 10 minutes before showing up. Because of the change to a "more popular route" the delivery was accepted by my brother in law and even though their contract states that the driver will go over the car in detail at delivery the driver simply dumped the car off and asked my BIL to sign a form on an iPad then took off. Turns out there was some minor damage, several scratches on the car;s roof (it was on the top of the trailer) which looked like it was dragged under a large tree branch. I contacted TransportBee about this (with pictures) and they promised to "make it right" by contacting the insurer and making a claim. But after repeated calls over several weeks it became clear that they had no intention of doing so and as they hoped I finally gave up. The only positive aspect of the shipment was that the car arrived within the time that was expected.
