I gotta be honest when i tell you how nervous i get when anyone handles my Lexus...Richard was the 4th or 5th person to contact me and was about $125 more then the other companies. Now i know why no problems no complaints no issue everything went smooth and I told him to keep in tpuch with me as he promised he would he called me when they assigned a driver, then to confirm it was picked up then called me to make sure everything went smooth. Its amazing to think that there are some people who do there job and go above and beyond which Richard did
