Bill arranged a quick pickup when another broker failed in his responsibility. Pickup was prompt the next day by Mario who was professional and courtious. Delivery was 9 days later and took less than an hour to unload. Everything went as it should. What I can say is always pick a broker that has been in this business for a peroid no less than 5 years and get a phone number that he will answer promptly even on the weekends.
