The whole process went down without a hitch. I couldn't be more satisfied. Bill Avrich was prompt in responding to all inquiries and we felt as though he was personally interested in making our experience a pleasant one. We felt as though he really was on our side when negotiating a price with the carrier. When we were put in contact with the carrier, it was a conference call with Bill and the carrier and I felt that his presence bore some weight in assuring that their were no misunderstandings. I used Transport Connection because of all of the positive reviews and in return feel that I can pass along the same enthusiastic review.
