Bill was so quick and responsive. Anytime that I called, if he didn't pick up, he would return my call as soon as he could. Which was critical in getting my car shipped to me much sooner than originally planned.
I shipped my car from Hawaii to Virginia and in order to do this I had to first ship my car to a port in LA and then getting it shipped from LA to Virgiinia. So one day, late in the afternoon, close to when the LA port was going to close I found out that my car had arrived to port 7 days eaerlier than expected. When I called Bill he was busy, but he promptly called me back when he could. As soon as he found out that my car was in port, he immediately contacted a transporter who was at the port already picking up other vehicles. Bill worked it out and I was able to get my car picked up right away and I got my car well before I had originally expected it.
I highly recommend using Bill and I will definitely use him again.
